The world has recently just completely turned upside down with the outbreak of the Corona virus and there are so many tragedies happening every day .

This is a rough time for everyone especially the elderly and the health care workers that are doing there best to maintain the situation . Now that everyone is locked up at home with nothing to do all day it can be easy to go a bit insane if your not seeing yourself busy with things to do !! so In this blog I'm going to talk abut some things I've been doing to keep myself busy from day to day and trying not to binge watch Netflix all day in my 'daytime' dressing gown ...
First of all lets look at this time as a chance to finally do things we've been putting off for so long due to life getting in the way , this is a chance to maybe start reading , grow your mind and invest yourself in books that will benefit you after you come out of this even a language book it would be pretty rewarding to come out of hibernation form this virus having a new language up your sleeve. For me as I lost a little Italian form living in Milan I decided to sign up to this free Italian language class online which runs twice a week just an hour or so can make such a difference if you stick to it !. You can learn a new skill maybe an instrument you always fantasised about playing or and education trait such as an online course in which many universities are offering for free to keep people busy which is great so why not make the most of all these resources available !here is a link to a free online fashion course In which IFM Paris are offering to everyone here . I signed up to a month free online digital marketing course to increase my skills which i'll use on my fashion course to leave as an overall more well rounded student I'm really enjoying the course and is keeping me busy an productive during this pandemic !
Another bonus is now we can spend some (a lot ) of quality time with our families. I was away for 2.5 months because i'm studying in Nottingham so Im delighted to be at home with my family and dogs for such a time and would not have gotten this opportunity before due to work and university !
One of the main things is to keep active and fit . Most days here I actually find it more difficult to build up any sort o motivation to go for a run or a workout as I had a routine of going to the gym most evenings in Nottingham but I find working out every day or second day makes such a difference your body but crucial on your mind you can go to bed without the guilt of having done only 10 steps all day which was gong downstairs to the treat cupboard and back up .. ! .So get yourself into routine each morning of getting some fresh air and clearing your mind before you go about your day !.
In all and all yes this is a pain for everyone having to stay at home 24/7 but people must understand that there's no better time than NOW to do stuff you always wished you did or didn't have the time so wake up and feed your passions :) .
