COVID-19 was not stopping me from enjoying my summer this year. I had the opportunity to visit lots of old friends of mine who are used to live with in Milan I travelled there in the middle of July and got a chance to explore other parts of Italy with lights of Savona which was a beautiful Italian seaside town which kept its originality from the lack of foreign tourists it was nice to finally hear Italian tourists in the native language and not beingBombarded with other tourists ! We stayed in Savona for one week where are the majority of you today involved waking up going for an Italian breakfast which was maniac and espresso and a cross on which I loved followed up by a dip in the sea and the few hours in the Sun which was which felt like pure happiness after being stuck at home for so long as people know I love the sun !! I got to experience the real Italian cuisine of the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted followed up by great wines and a few too many cocktails most nights!

We then travelled back to Milan and passed through Genova on the way back you’re my testers the home traditional meal of the city which was a specific type of pasta pesto and for starters mango and Italian ham which I loved. When I came back to Milan I mainly focused on my business spending a few hours each day in a nice Italian cafe where I took care of orders and marketing my page that will be followed up by a walk around the city were visited a few museums, art galleries and monuments . My friend works in Irish bar so most evenings we would meet up with some of her friends and hang around having a few scoops of considerate of the traditional Irish Guinness which would lead into a fun night !

I had the opportunity to visit an old friend of mine that I worked with last summer in Spain who is from Bergamo in Italy. I was greeted with open arms and a table full of the best home-made Italian food by his family. What I realised is that Italians have so much respect for their loved ones families and friends and food is such a major player in the cultural world of Italy which I admire a lot and being and having the chance to experience another Italian city was superb.

I returned to Milan for a few more days visiting some old friends and taking a very long trip to the tattoo studio which I was extremely happy with as well! Thankfully Italy was on the green list for travelling so therefore I did not have to quarantine when I came home.
