It was my last day in Paris one of my friends sent me an Instagram post from the high snob society that the new Nike innovation store was opening in the Champs-Élysée in Paris.I did a bit of research into why was such a big event. And it came to my attention that it was the only Nike innovation store apart from the one which was in Japan that Nike have so therefore I felt like I had to go even though I was in a rush to pack I managed to squeeze everything into my suitcase and run out the door with my sister to visit the opening of this amazing new store.
I did not really know what to expect by the theremin ovation but all I knew was that it was definitely going to be an exciting experience. The queue was not too bad I think we are waiting about 15 to 20 minutes to get inside and when we entered it was amazing there were built in my scanners I could detect your average pace your BPM and watch two would fit best on you it was a sort of virtual technological experience which Nike were aiming to create some diversity in their stores to make it not only a excursion for buying but also an experience while in store, this ties in exactly with my previous project about how immersive experiences are essential for consumers and customers to create loyalty and to generate more earnings!

The shop was so busy but I’ve definitely wanted to purchase something saying I was there and got an exclusive T-shirt which was only available at that day in the store which was a collaboration of a prison artist and a Nike brand which I was delighted to have the chance of purchasing it I was also given a really nice reusable carrier bag which has the Nike innovation store Paris all over it which I have used so many times already going to the beach and it is such a nice little gift from the Nike staff to customers who visited the store that day.
